Intel Power Gadget is a GUI application that provides real-time data on processor frequency and estimated processor power, and can log frequency, power, energy, and temperature data over time.

I use this tool to control overheating hi work also with AMD processors not just Intel and it is specifically designed to work with BONIC.

I use SIV to monitor CPU load, GPU load, and every imaginable parameter possible, and a lot other unimaginable parameters too:

SIV is designed for Windows 8.1, 8.0, 7, Vista, XP, 2012, 2008, 2003, 2000 and NT4. Windows 95, 98 and Me are also supported.
