This has been a problem for me for over a year from a working program...

The installer cannot find BOINC.msi and then I'm forced to cancel install, then get:

Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product BOINC. The Windows installer cannot continue.

Using Windows Vista.

Any help?

See the answers in http://boincfaq.mundayweb.com/index.php?language=1&view=119. It's Windows that has corrupted the installation files.
