I need to request cpu wu only for particular project.

The same for nvidia and ati.

I found the client_state.xml but everytime I set all the preferences I want for every project then, when I start Boinc, it override everything...


How can I made the changes?

At the projects their project preferences pages, under your account.
E.g. for the Einstein project:
Your account http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/home.php ->
Project preferences http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/prefs.php?subset=project

Don't make changes to client_state.xml file, that's the file that BOINC uses for its sanity. Anything you put in there that's wrong and it could cost you a lot of work.
