I looked and didn't see the info i need.

I have Boinc installed on Drive D, I need to re install Win 7.

Do I have to not accept new stuff and wait till its done, or as long
as I use the same dir when re-installing will it start where it left off?

As long as your BOINC data directory remains intact, BOINC should continue where it left off. However, making a backup copy never hurts. ;-)
