For the first time in the use of BOinc I tried to set a Day of Week override. In one computer, which normally autostart at 19PM and autoshut down at 08AM the day after, I setted, only for the past Monday, a day of week override of this type: 22:15-23:55 But nothing happened: as the computer started, also BM started. What's wrong ? Is this a fault of mine or .... ?? In that computer I'm using 6.6.37 64b version |

Thanks Sekerob. You're right, I've not set "Run based on preferences" It's my fault !!! |

Is there someone who knows if it's possible to submit 2 time intervals I made some guesses with separator from 2 time interval (space, comma, semicolon) but I received invalid time specification |

I'm pretty sure that it isn't possible. What is possible though, is an interval where BOINC is not working; i.e. finish time lower than starting time. I stop BOINC by running "Every day between hours of 14:07 and 14:00" to check the fans. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) ![]() |

I stop BOINC by running "Every day between hours of 14:07 and 14:00" to check the fans. So... you run BOINC for 6 minutes a day? You don't stop between 14:00 and 14:07, but the other way around... so you run BOINC for 6 minutes. ;-) |

Don't argue with double (triple?) negation with someone who has "invented" boolean logic ;-) I said that I run BOINC between 14:07 and 14:00 - that implies it stops between 14:00 and 14:07. So, "I stop BOINC (for seven minutes) by running..." just as I said before. Gruß, Gundolf |
