I am a new user of just a few months, ran for a couple months even messing with all the advanced settings no problems. Downloaded the new version and I can't get it to do any work because every time I try to change preferences to let it work while computer is active it stops completely and gives an error that says there is now work to process. If I leave the preferences like they were when I downloaded it then all it does is say that processing is suspended because computer is active, but I've watched it and even when I've not been active for the amount of time it needs, it still will not work.

Check the preferences setting for:
Suspend work if no mouse/keyboard activity in last
(Needed to enter low-power mode on some computers)
Enforced by version 5.10.14+

If it's NOT:
