Thread 'Boinc projects keep running'

Dif Send message Joined: 21 May 08 Posts: 2	Message 17417 - Posted: 21 May 2008, 18:54:21 UTC Hi all, I'm having a problem with Boinc and I am unable to find a solution (I tried to Google around an search on the forum). Basically the projects keep running even if I configured them to run only if the computer has been idle for at least 10 minutes. I'm using Boinc 5.10.45 on Kubuntu 64 bits; I have installed Boinc thru "Adept Manager" (is the Kubunt package manager). I attached Boinc to BAM. How can I solve it? ID: 17417 ·

Dif Send message Joined: 21 May 08 Posts: 2	Message 17418 - Posted: 21 May 2008, 19:08:05 UTC Why answers always automatically come only after I post a request about it?!?! :-/ Just for the sake of curiosity I just logged into the BAM web site and I discovered that Boinc Manager had duplicated my host (maybe because I did a fresh install of Kubuntu 8.04 lately) and the new created host were automatically configured to always run the projects. Sorry for the pointless post. :-( Good thing you replied to your post. Many people edit their original posts to say they got it fixed themselves.
