On a xp machine I can go into administrative tools and check under services... and it looks like to me it is loaded... but when I log out of administrator mode and log back in 5 minutes later it seems to me no work units were processing while I was loged out? Anyone know how to fix this?

If you type "net start BOINC" from a commandline, what happens?
