I am in china I'm not trying to meddle in your political structure, but is it possible that your internet is restricted? Can you reach Seti if you ping it? Normally past 10 to 20 trials of connects to berkeley up/download goes slowly. Strange is only that berkeley.edu is reachable for ping, forum and download. edit quote ID: 15432 ·
