windows 10, i7 10700,
just updated boinc from 8.2.4 to 8.2.8, not connecting to localhost
no recent installs or upgrades except for anti virus,
windows defender has been turned off but still unable to connect
any ideas?

I made a change to my antivirus, AVG, I added boinc as an allowed app.
Now connected to local host and processing work units.
