When I start BOINC client for the first time after a system reboot,
docker is not detected correctly and BOINC-docker tasks are crashing directly after the start with:

<core_client_version>8.2.8</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[

wsl_init(): no usable WSL distro
wsl_init() failed: -1
2025-12-04 11:19:20 (5592): called boinc_finish(1)

In the client event log this is displayed:

After a stop of BOINC-client and a restart, docker is detected correctly:

Since I do not start BOINC-client at system boot, but start BoincTasks at system startup
and BoincTasks is starting BOINC-client with a 1 second delay, I don't experience those wrong docker detection anymore.
