Hello.
Boinс ver. 7.6.31
Why does not the "new boinc manager window" open in Linux ubuntu 16.04.04/Linux Mint18/Armbian all 64 bit?

Because the code behind that menu item didn't work on Linux. I think it got fixed in 7.8 but maybe the fix is really in the upcoming 7.10.
