Does BOINC works when:
1 - After shut down my laptop.
2 - It is on but no one is logged on at my Laptop.
3 - It is on and I am logged on but I closed the cover.
4 - It is on and I am logged out and I closed the cover.

Note: when I was young I have been a SETI client for many years; no BOINC existed...
